RIP Luxor

They have moved the room to an area near the sportsbook. It gets real loud on Sundays and Monday nights during games. Very distracting.

Good mix of locals and tourist. Plenty of table chatter. I don't know what the future will hold for this room though.

Most dealers are excellent. I can't mention names but there are a couple female dealers who obviously don't care. They are looking around the room, not paying attention to the game, then they have to ask "who did what?".

Very good service and waitstaff.

The service at the desk is fine. The management on the top level has problems. The "freeroll chop" that has been so popular with the locals, has been discontinued. The problem I have with that is that they have no plan in place to replace it. It doesn't make any sense to discontinue a promotion with out having another. They are holding thousands of $$$$ of promotion money taken from the tables and are required to return it.

They hand out $5 food coupons for playing. 4oak gets $20 and straight flush $50...pretty weak. For promotions....see above.
