Was scrambling to find a game and the Monte Carlo looked like it had some possibilities. When I arrived for the Tuesday evening tourney, there was one table for a cash game and when I asked about the tournament, they said three people signed up so it was cancelled and come back around 11 for the next game. I wound up moving on to find another spot.
