Biggest and "Best" in the Northwest - If you like to sit and wait

I generally only play NL tourney's in the seatlle area but had to go to Tacoma for work today Friday I decided to play the Muckleshoot $170 and it brought out 45 or something players. As most tournaments go I busted.

It was around 8:30 pm so I put my name on a few cash game list. I mean this place has like 50-60 table across two rooms. At this point I was maybe 10 out of 13 on the list for 3/5 spread .. 7 back and 8 back on a couple other games.

They had 5 3/5 games going. Needless to say I waited 1hr and 15 minutes and the list grew to 30+ and they still didn't open a new table.

I don't understand why someone who comes out for a tourney would wait 1.5 hrs after they bust small field to play. They have all these empty tables and it's like they just want you to leave.

Well, I left and headed up to Tulalip and was able to get into a game and I'm writing this after trippling my stack on the 2nd hand I played with A9 of hearts.

Needless to say if you want to get into a game they won't start new tables they are too busy moving around players that want a table change.

I can't comment on competition b/c I didn't get into a game. The tourney was well run and the dealers were good.

food and drink slow..

management - clueless as these other reviews I've read also say.
