You'll be treated badly very quickly if you are not a big tipper every pot. The dealers attitude is that they deserve at minimum 1.00 every hand. This attitude is supported all through management. If you don't mind Tipping 2-3.00 a hand you'll be able to act anyway you please and they'll thank for it. All around it is a bad atmosphere.
