No Limit Hold'em $1-$2 collection shall increase to $4 on the Flop. There is
no longer a fee after the river card and no change to the No Drop No Flop
rates or procedures.
No Limit Holde'm $2-$2 and $2-$3 collection shall include a $1 Modified Fee
pre-flop only when there is a Raise and No Flop. There are no other changes to
the No Drop No Flop rates or procedures or other collection rates.
No Limit 55-$5 and $5-$10 collection shall include a $1 Modified Fee after the
river card. There are no other changes to the collection rates and no change to
the No Drop No Flop rates or procedures.

Thanks Steve. So, just to clarify, does this mean that they take $4 on the flop plus 10% of the pot up to $3? If so, that would top the rake I pay out here in Colorado (10% up to $5 max, plus $2 side jackpot rake... at least I theoretically get the $2 back, although I can tell you I am many, many hundreds behind in the regard in actuality.
