Need a Place for Sit and Go

I am heading into town next weekend for a boys gathering. We are going to have 8-10 of us and plan on watching some of the UFC fights and then playing some poker. We would really like a place that has low-end ($50-100 buy in would be ideal) Sit and Go's that we can all play together.

We'd like to play poker, but it's unrealistic that we could all play a cash game at the same table, but if we could find a place that does Sit and Go's, we could all play together and once people get knocked out, they can go play cash games until the next tourney.

Any suggestions on if and where this is possible?

  1. There is no where in Vegas that offers regular sit & go's except during tournament series and then they are usually for entries into bigger events.

The reason is that they'd have to keep a dealer free to deal sit & go's and they never know how long it will take to get one going. That said, with 8 of you playing, you might want to talk directly to a poker room manager. You already have at least 8 of the 9 or 10 players that they would want at a tourney table going. So, if you plan to be there for a certain period of time, then they might be willing to let you run a few sit & go's provided eveyone in your group is going to play. You will probably get 1 or 2 strangers in the game and for a $50-100 buyin, the rake is going to be pretty steep. But, that is your best bet.
