When you see something "$10 staff bonus for 2,000 chips" It means that for this particular tournament "add-on," all that money goes directly to the dealers and the staff as part of their tip. It doesn't go to the house, it doesn't go to the prize pool, that $10 (or whatever) goes entirely into the fund that all the dealers who work the tournament split up as part of the tips.
