I arrived in Vegas Sunday afternoon on 11/6. Played a little 2-4 in the late evening at the Stratosphere. Nice poker area in a busy part of the casino. Good dealers and managers there. I would say the players there are mixed some locals and some tourists but definately a beatable game. I went up sixty bucks cashed out and went to the Sahara for the 11pm tourny. This is one fun tourny. About 100 people signed up they pay out the top 10 and first place was 1,700 bucks. The buy in is 42 dollars with an add on before the first break for 20 dollars more. One guy at the table got busted for his buy in, his add on then bought in again as an alternitive before the first hour. I ended up in sixth which payed 160. One thing though is the Sahara poker room is freekin hotter than the sahara itself their AC was broken and when it was a nice 65 degrees outside it felt like 90 in the poker room.

The next morning I played in the 2pm tourny at the stratosphere. 25 dollar buy in and only about 20 people sign up for this and they only pay the top 2 I found it to be a tought tourny to cash in on. I also played the 8pm tourny with 20 people this was a 50 dollar buy in. I made it to the final table on both but but was knocked out 6th the morning and 7th the evening.
