Got into town Sunday 11/20 and hit the Aladdin (staying there)for some $1-$2NL and what a game. Real loose and easy. Should have been more patient, example of the play- In middle position with AK of Diamonds, make a raise of about twice the pot and get 5 callers pre flop, flop shows A K 7 off suit. Checks to me and I bet out $45 with 3 callers, turn shows a 3, bet $50.00 one caller a 10 on the river go all in for about $70 thinking no way is this guy holding QJ. He calls and turns over pair of 10's for the set. Brave or stupid play??
Aladdin was the friendliest room we (me & wife) played at all week. Played in a SNG Sunday night and it was like playing online with 4 going all in on the first hand. Won't play those again.

Monday went over to Bally's to check out the WSOP Curcuit event, saw some big names, and good play. Registared for the $200.00 buy in NL Event and was pleased to see real players. About 100 or so. Top 9 got paid. Got busted by the bigest whiner I have ever played with. This "kid" who thought he was Phil Lack whined ever time he called a short stack who went all in. He had everyone at the table covered but would not stop complaining everytime he lost a hand. Most times calling with the weakest starting hands.
I finished 19th- went all in with AK off suit, he took 10 minutes to make the call with AQ off suit, flop Q Q 10, needed a J and came up blanks. Great exprience, can't wait for July.

Tueday went to Wynn- What a great room. This is what a Poker room should look like. Very impressed but very crowded. Long list for $4-8 and ended up leaving to go back to Aladdin.
Glad we did. The wife and I played $3-6 for a little over 4 hours. My wife averaged $100.00 an hour with the novice loose play and I ended up $200.00 for the night. Best part- hit a high hand Jackpot for $100.00 with quad 5's. Not alot but better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Wednesday headed to MGM. Another great Poker room. Very Rich and upscale. Liked the Marble and the chairs. However, dealers and Floor Management are the WORST! These people do not know how to run a Poker room, the guys at the Indiana Riverboats run circles around these clowns.
Dealers did not even try to control the game. I know a $3-6 game gets alot of rookies and 1st time live game players, but control the game, that's why we tip you. Every signle hand had at least 3 people betting out of turn or not betting the right amount, dealers were more worried about getting off and playing at the table.
One hand for example- look at my cards and set them behind the line, reach for chips to look up and see the dealer mucking my cards. I ask what he was doing and he said I folded, no went for chips and he called me a liar. Called for the Floor and was treated the same way. It took 10 minutes for a half hearted apology. Everyone agreed that I was behind the line, at least those who knew what the line was for, and the dealers and floor response- "this does not concern anyone else at the table." Great manners MGM Staff.

Another thing I did not understand, the casinos let the dealers play at tables they dealt at? Does this seem right?

Spent the rest of the week in the Aladdin with a great staff, they even tried to get line passes for everyone playing to the Thanksgiving Buffet, which was a 4 hour wait. Buffet said no because of the Holdiay. But at least they tried.

Summery- Aladdin gets an A+ for Staff and Management and games. Wynn an A+ for appreance. MGM a disappointing F for the worst Poker staff and exprience of my life.
