My wife jaynie and her bowling team won a trip to vegas, so this was a good chance to play some live poker and get away from online poker.
Room quality for me is not a big deal as I play omline and once in awhile at someones kitchen table.The Imperial palace poker room is on the mail floor. its a noisy area, with other table games and machines around.The tables look alittle old, but it was fine.getting drinks was never a problem as the cocktail waitress came by often.
After playing for 3 nights of 2/4 limit I found that you would see anywhere from 4 to 7 people seeing the flop.a few times we had all 10 people seeing the flop.The players would chase alot of hands so people would stay to the end, and you found yourself loseing to some hands that I would never play, but hey thats poker.
Anyways there was always a tray of cookies and a pot of coffee.I couldn`t eat enough cookies to cover my losses, but hey maybe next time I`ll win
