Was in vegas on vacation from Dec 8th to Dec 15. Played at strictly $2/4 and tried to tear it up.

If you play at excalibur and play the $1/3 you are not eligible for the wheel spin when you get 4 of a kind or aces cracked. I would recommend playing the 2/4.

Imperial Palace is strongly recommended. I was there on monday night. During the football game they had all kinds of free give aways. If you had a straight or better they gave you a raffel ticket, and each time someone scored they let you choose something off of the designated poker table, they had all kinds of stuff, nice set of 4 IP beer glases, poker chip sets, hats, shirts, just to name a few. But like all the readers say, the play there is soo poor, everybody stays in on everything.

Saw a kid cap it at $8 with a 2 5 off suit and called it all the way down to the river only to catch runner runner 5s to take down the pot. The hot pretzles and cookies were good as well. As for the comps they do comp $3 per hour but they comp $$$ is not available untill the following day.

Ballys was nice as well, very nice tables.

All in all a great trip, and if your looking to see the big boys head over to bellagio, there I saw Doyle Brunson, Barry Greenstien, and T.J. Cloutia just to name a few.
