stayed at the mirage for 5 nights, room was perfect, over looking the strip. The only complaint i had was that was no coffee maker in the room. $8 for a cup of coffee? not what u want when ur staying up for 4 nights!!
Played $3-6 at the mirage; competition was reasonable, 3-4 to a flop but there would usualy be at least one fish calling to the end with bottom pair. Up $285 for 4 nights.
Exalibur was unreal, 2 locals at the table, the rest were tourist/drunken idiots/beginners. Play tight and you can't lose. I was in the big blind with 3D a AD, checked and flopped the nut flush. Raise and a reraise before me, i called (for about 1/4 of my stack, about $40)river comes AC, both raisers all in, i call. Raiser No.1 turns over pair of 5's and raiser No.2 turns over KD,he said he was getting pot odds to call for the flush draw!!!
Next time i'm in vegas its straight to the excalibur for me, enjoy.
