First stop Riviera - fairly small poker room, loose players, lots of drinkers. Patience pays. Next was Excalibur - dealers were friendly, poker loose. Fun tables on the low end limits.
Stardust - beware of the sharks. Lots of locals, very tough tables, everyone knows each other. I told em to post a danger - beware sign for future players. A definite lesson learned for an out of towner. Venetian - beautiful poker room, good games, cocktail waitresses slow on that particular day. Very nice, highly recommend at least once. Caesars - nice poker room, lots of action, good players. MGM Grand - nice room, good games, good service. Dealers great. I'd repeat. Bally's - very nice poker room, good action. I'd go there again as well. The Mirage - lots of tables, service a bit slow. Tough action at least at the no limit table. I'd probably try again though.

Favorite of all for the atmosphere was the Venetian. My overal favorites had to be Bally's, MGM Grand and Excalibur. I'm a low limit player with limited brick and mortar experience (more on line play). I'd suggest skipping Stardust, Riviera and due to personal losses, Caesars. Loved the trip and experiences though and learned alot of lessons at each place. Next trip I plan to hit all of the ones I missed this time. GOOD LUCK!
