Second trip in two months. Three sesions at Mirage. Two of three were great. Some good tight players and some loose agressive players , especially if a new player came to the table.Overall my favorite place to play.I was able to pull off four uncalled bluffs. Takes a why to establish table presance. One of three at Mirage a horror story. A man and wife playing togather, showing cards ,neither had a clue. They actually had me scared in some big pots, because they didn't have any idea .At one point the dealer ,(after repeated warnings) Made the m show their hands because they kept showing each other. This was before the hand was concluded. The wife busted out and was trying to get chips from the husband. The dealer made her rebuy or get up. She lost $250 in less than thirty minutes. They basically ruined the table. I made some money , but really was not the type of game I like.

One session at Rio, I had never played there, and wanted to check it out. Had there worst bad beat there. In fact thats why I lost a little. Long story made short, after four people called and raised five big bets I flopped Aces full of Fours. the Donk that beat me hit quad fours. She called the raises to the river with Six Four offsuit.

Tried to get in games at Belagio twice :wait time almost two hours.

PLayed at Golden Nugget. Easy table, Had to leave to go to airport. I think that would have been a money maker if I could havew stayed.

Played at Aladin. This has been an ok room for me, but something was just not right. I may have been tired or the table was half filled with buddies from a convention. They were making some stupid raises against each other and was hard to read the table.

One session at Stratsophere. Not a good table, short handed. We asked the floor lady Sarah to discontinue the rake until we got at least seven players. Also raised the table to $4/$8. My son and his fiance wanted to go to the top ,so I got in the game otherwise I don't think I would play here. Two of the five were tight passive . One was a know it all and got pissed when called his bluffs. The others were beginers that could have been cleaned if the knowitall would backoff a little. He scared them out.

I was playing $4-$8 every place I went. Ready to go back after New Years. I like the Mirage the best. Hope they keep it the same.
