Got to vegas on Dec 3rd about 1130 am. Was staying at sahara, was a great deal. Me and my buddy went right to MGM and started playing 1-2 no limit. I was at a crazy table. Alot of monster pots and over betting. I played real tight and was up 30 bucks for a 4 hour session.
the next day I played in the 2 pm tourney at binions. It was a good tourney just couldn't get anything going got out early. Went back to mgm and 1-2 for a while and ended up even. Monday me and my buddy played in the 10 am aladdin tourney.
It was a good run tournament. I did not get anything early but then started to hit and won a bunch of all in's and made the final table. I was the short stake at the table and drew the button so I time to wait for a good hand. 2 guys got busted out, so I made my move with A-10s and was called buy someone with A-J I lost and finished 7th out of 92 players. The last day playing 1-2 nl at MGM Was getting good cards but not hitting flops. So I am down $100 early the go on the best run I ever had. I am dealt pocketKK's 4 hands in a row. And got two all in's 2 out of the 4 hands once against 10's the second JJ's. Then the 5th hand got AK suited and won. What a great rush. Then came the end was getting ready to leave told my buddy last hand before I get the BB get pocket QQ preflop raise to 15 everyone folds the BB he reraises to 30 I check his chip stack he has 105 left so I call.
The flop came a rainbow and all low cards so I put him all in he calls he has AA. Oh well I make my last hand a exciting one. All in All a great trip. I love Las Vegas. I play in Atlantic city alot and it does not even compare.
