stayed 3 nights at the rio after thanksgiving for 59/night. played for the first time at the rio with a 100 buy-in, 4/8 table. my chips lasted 4 hours but really had a blast and learned a lot. came back the next night and bought in for another 100. made a profit of 130. table was 50/50 with 2 ladies calling all the way to the river. bought in the saturday night at the MGM Grand for 100 at a 2/4 table. played t/a and was up 150 after 5 hours. the MGM poker room is gorgeous and will be back there in march, hopefully it will be a very profitable trip. planning to play in tourneys at excalibur, alladin, MGM and ceasar's.
