Been to many cardrooms and the poker staff here is among the most unpleasant, rude and unprofessional I've ever seen. This is mainly the day staff; there is younger Asian girl in charge of poker who is just plain nasty. She will snap at players and people asking questions, was hoping after Parkwest took over they would clean house and fire these type of people. I will play where my business is valued and the staff knows how to treat customers and that's not here.
