It amazes me that even after two months of horrible reviews Encore has done nothing to address the problem. No communication, no action, nothing! Maybe they are content having the worst poker room in America and perhaps the world. Just goes to show you that we can't allow casinos to run as a monopoly. They will take that opportunity to squeeze every last dime out of residents that really wanted a casino in their backyard. The only solution is to grant another casino license and give them a little competition. What a failure this casino has been.
