I have now frequented this poker room more than a dozen times. I have had so many great dealers with some of the nicest personalities. A few have left I digress, long commutes and I assume people may not comprehend the importance of tipping, I have seen this first hand. That said this core they have now including those who have come through the school like Rony, Adrina, Happy and many others have been fantastic. The dealers from other casinos as well like Alex, Joainie have certainly fit right in regardless of where they came from and are a true asset. The floor people are super helpful and (sonny) and (Nathan) are the names that come to mind. The chip runners seem on the go nonstop and Jay (female) absolutely is everything you want in an employee. The cage/ cashiers do a fine job and finally the bad part... Drinks, yes they are free in theory, but even with that said. I have waited over an hour after ordering a drink and heard others say they never got theirs at all. I hope they address this and I understand it's a free drink but I am even talking about waters at this point. I really hope they fix this, it definitely affects the player which affects the game which affects the dealers. Other than that, such a beautiful room and beautiful casino. Oh I forgot the food is actually really good, the burger and fries, man those fries are so good. I actually a fellow players leftovers when he offered, they are that good. Encore Encore
