Played 1/3 NL. Love the room and comfy seats. They need more waiters period. I read reviews on here and I think it would down to numbers. The girls are overwhelmed. I actual timed it soon as I sat down it took 1hr 10mins for a waitress to come to our table and that's after few players called the floor. After drinks ordered it took another 30mins to arrive. I was forgotten about 3x and it wasn't even drinks but water. The waitresses are competent I think just overwhelmed. The action and room is top notch compared to Vegas. I did notice great dealers and bad ones. Just like another post said don't tip the bad ones. They need more TV's displaying bad beat I didn't even see it or know the rules. They need high hand promos. I would also suggest dropping the min playing time for parking validation to 2 hrs. I will be back as driving to CT is a pain. Hopefully it will get better with time.
