Encores poker room is very well designed and high quality. Tables are comfortable to sit at, chips have that nice new chalky feel to them, surrounded by muted TVs with relevant sports on. Some of the dealers were fresh out of school so there were a few misdeals and certain calls they were unsure about and had to call floor for. On the other hand you also have a lot of very experienced dealers that came from Foxwoods, Mohegan, and Chasers among others. You can order drinks and food at the table. Free drinks take a while, but food seemed relatively quick. Cashier lines are pretty long at the moment, but most people will buy chips off you in line. Overall I love it. This is the new spot!
