This room aesthetically and spatially is great. I never feel crowded and it is laid out and appointed well. The action is pretty nice. It is a good mix of solid players and donkeys. So I appreciate this as I rarely find tables with just nits nut pedaling. If I have any gripes at all they come with the comping system. For one, they don't display your poker accrued points on the website. That is a bad look for a couple reasons. A) its not transparent and B) it says to me you value my action a lot less than the other players. I play 1/3 or 2/5 NL sometimes a few times a week yet I never get offered promos or anything else. Sometimes they also don't have enough people in the cage which leads to lines but not the end of the world. The dealers have seemingly gotten better since I started coming. The drink service/selection could be quicker/better as some have mentioned but I don't drink booze and gamble so it doesn't affect me all that much anyway. Many of the servers are also easy on the eyes so that never hurts either. The high hand promos have been a nice addition. It seems like they are trying to cater to poker players a bit more with the reduced buffet price also. All in all, its not perfect here but I see signs of improvement so I can't knock them for trying. I will continue to play here as my main go to room. It's great to have a nicely appointed room so close to the Boston area. I easily recommend it just know it could be a little better mostly because of the comping system.
