Games seem decent and good action. Dealers are really shaky right now with one literally telling the table he was "nervous." Even little things like recognizing checks were troublesome and held up action. I think perhaps some additional signage would be useful for house/state rules for those of us used to playing in CT. For example, there was a disagreement at our table because a player had cash out that the dealer didn't see/change for chips and the player was upset that it didn't play (dealer said this was a MA law).
Drink service was awful. 90 minutes before a cocktail waitress showed up (only after asking) and another 20 minutes to come back with the drinks.
Floor seems very capable.
I suspect this will all get worked out soon.
