Encore has all the makings of what could be a great room, but they fall short in almost every category. Games are good if you can get a seat. Hours are decent now, other than the fact that you can't play the two best days (Friday and Saturday). The rake is subpar, but it really isn't much worse than rooms running 5+2/3. Overall it is just sad to envision what this room could be like if the Mass. Gaming Commission stepped up and took the initiative on behalf of the poker loving community that exists in Mass.
