First trip to Encore I won at 1/3 so I should be biased but I will try and be honest. The Encore poker room is beautiful overlooking the casino floor with lots of space between tables. A couple of very good dealers, some ok dealers and a couple of dealers that should be driving for Uber. I understand the Encore is new but a 2 hour wait to get a hot chocolate that was cold...see every casino I go to I order a hot chocolate to evaluate the drink service. Alcohol is easy but a hot chocolate is a specialty drink and here the Encore failed miserably...cold not mixed completely the very worst I've had. It's the little things that matter. Management was good with lots of staff available to ask questions.... After enjoying the Expresso machine at the Venetian I have gotten spoiled....
