Fun Texas Hold'em Poker Room & People

I enjoyed the Isle Casino Poker Room in Black Hawk because I joined a table that was full and the action was great. The people at the Texas Hold'em Poker Table were from all walks of life. Some were locals and some were visitors.

I enjoyed the action because of the people at my table and the dealers. The people all knew how to play Texas Hold'em Poker and the dealers kept the game crisp and moving. I enjoy a good game and a crisp moving game.

The day at Black Hawk was varied. I enjoyed the day because it was cooler than Denver but still sunny. Then later a storm moved in and cooled off the day even more. I took a break for lunch even though I could receive a snack from the Isle Casino Poker Room.

What I liked even further is the return. The people at the table had changed and the new mix was again fun and challenging. They also knew how to play Texas Hold'em Poker and the dealers again kept the game moving crisply.

Initially, I did not like that the service had declined. I did not see nor find a waiter nor a waitress. I left the table for some time in search of a drink. Initially, I served myself. But I noticed on this occasion, all the self service items were gone (water, pizza, snacks, etc.) and no servers to help. Therefore, I left for some time to find what I needed downstairs at the main casino and the bar CHARGED me for drinks that are usually served free. As the casino was full, I do not understand the changes. Perhaps, I will ask the management if I return. My experiences in the past were superior. However, this last visit I was underwhelmed. I found the service to be lacking.

Sincerely,

Michael

ehh.

Bad @#$% bar upstairs that for some reason no one uses. Potential to be a better room. Bathrooms seem to stink often... Read More
