Why does Encore Boston Harbor Poker room have a less than 3 chip rating? What are the issues causing players to be unsatisfied?

    People give it 1 chip reviews because of the 10% rake. That's it. They don't want to pay $10 in a 100 dollar pot. It's still the nicest room in New England. The tournament rake is lower than New Hampshire.
