I can't answer the question but can certainly add. The clear majority of casinos in Black Hawk and Central City (the two biggest casino towns about an hour to the West of Denver, Colorado) have a $2 rake for a Bad Beat Jackpot. Not every casino has a bad beat jackpot, but most do. But I believe all of the casinos in these towns do have a $2 jackpot rake for various promotions, which also include high hand of the hour promotions. This is on top of a 10% to $5 rake.

This is a tough rake to beat, to be sure. Competition ranges for somewhat tough and overly aggressive to weak. Picking a table that fits your preferred type of opponent is very important here. Perhaps not a great destination to come for purely poker reasons, but Colorado certainly has a lot to offer outside of its high rake.
