If you live in Miami, your only options are the unregulated sites like Bovada and Carbon. But you will need to play at your own risk because any day now players funds could disappear if the government shuts them down or if they go out of business. I recommend moving to NV or NJ or Canada or Mexico....or Cuba ;)
