Other WSOP Activity Plans

Going to be coming to the World Series of Poker for most of the series. Of course, I want to have some fun away from the tables but I want to do some different things this year. I'm looking for activities that are a little more active and/or outdoors type stuff so I can blow off some steam and get some exercise instead of sitting around all day. Suggestions?

  1. I know a lot of players like to go hiking up in Red Rock in the mornings. Be a good way to clear your head and maybe rub elbows with some pretty good players too.

  2. If you can get a few friends together, doing some paintball is fun and there's a bunch of them in the area. I think there's some sort of zombie paintball thing you can do too if I remember right.

  3. There are a ton of racing experiences at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on and off the track. If you have the need for speed, that'll get your heart pumping!

  4. A good day at Lake Mead isn't a bad idea. Lot of choices there if you want to take it easy or get crazy in the lake. But no matter what there's a lot to do there and it's a nice place to go.

  5. Try jumping off the Strat. That'll get your heart racing for a week!

  6. I like the go-kart track off 95/Lake Mead. It'll get you out in the sun and it's actually a lot of fun. Some of those cars/tracks are pretty realistic on how they handle. May have to get around the kids but if you take a few friends you'll have a good time trying to main each other.
