Short trip to Mississippi

Recently visited Tunica, Philadelphia and Biloxi as part of a Southern food tour. The two poker rooms in Tunica could not be different. Hollywood Casino had one table open at 8PM on Sunday night 4-8 limit I believe. Tournaments only on weekends. Felt like a morgue. Horseshoe Casino, on the other hand, had 3 cash tables running at 10AM, both limit and no limit and runs two daily tournaments. Clearly the place to play in Tunica. Took part in a 5-way chop in the noon tournament which attracted 28 players. Pearl River Resort had 2 3-6 limit tables running at noon on a weekday and was in the early stages of the AnteUp Poker Tour. Played in the Seniors tournament and went out late in Level 8. Plenty of chips to start and 30 minute levels were great. Many locals, but we all felt welcome. Did not play poker in Biloxi so no info on the two rooms there.
