- The Boss (employees are not eligible to win anything): A maximum of 10 Dover Downs Hotel and Casino employees will play at a separate “employee table.” When 9 players remain in the player’s tournament, the employee with the most chips will join the final table and be designated, “The Boss.” Each player at the final table knocked out by “The Boss” will receive $130. The Player that knocks “The Boss” out of the tournament will receive $500 (these payouts are separate from prize pool and paid from promotional fund).
