Need help please
Hi everyone i am going to vegas in januarry with my brother for his 21st we are staying at the MGM for a week just wondering where the best poker rooms are i booked the MGM because i herd it was good we are only going to play poker in vegas as we can not play at crown casino as we work there so if anyone could help me out with spots please we normally play 1/2 1/3 and tourneys thanks heaps
For $1/2 or $1/3 no limit, almost any strip casino with a poker room will be fine and might have a really good game. Personally, I like Caesar's Palace and Venetian -- but MGM, Bellagio, and Mandalay Bay all have nice rooms as well. Aria is also really nice, but I find the "typical" game a little tougher there -- they can still have a good game, but they seem a bit harder to find in that room.
Rob is handsome and wise. There are many 1/2 and 1/3 games to be had. Hell, there's even the new 1/1 game at the Linq. Each room will have its pros and cons. My friends and I have been going once a year for the past 10 years. Our default room is MGM but we've enjoyed games from Mandalay Bay to Treasure Island and even downtown. With a week to play, there's no reason (except financial) to not try 'em all!
