The staff are very strong at their job and executing their priorities. I have few complaints about the staff, none worth mentioning. The rules at the table are a bit too flimsy for my liking. Way too much @#$% slides. Out of order, exposed cards, table talk, it's all met with a wink but no real consequence. Nothing changes.
I like this room a lot. If it fails, it will be because management lets it slide in the ways I mention. If angle shooting and blatant rule breaking is what ownership is aiming for, they've found their niche.
It's casual, it's easy going, there's plenty of action. I wouldn't expect a real poker game most of the time though. The situation here has slid so far out of hand that the players are basically running the show.
Tldr it is what it is. Come prepared.
