Highly recommend to stay away from this place. At first the place seems nice and ok but eventually they just take your money and bully you around and suck up to the owner who basically makes tournaments for himself and friends and family circle. Never coming back.

We take feedback like this seriously and want to respond in a thoughtful, professional way.
Bullying is not tolerated at Ace High—by staff, players, or ownership. Our priority is to provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members. In this instance, our team made a sincere effort to ensure this new member felt comfortable, and both staff and players engaged positively to help them feel included.
Statements suggesting our tournaments are structured to benefit ownership, friends, or family are inaccurate. All events are open to members, with formats and payouts clearly posted in advance and applied equally to every participant.
Ace High does have a strong sense of community, built through regular play and familiarity, but it is never intended to be exclusive. New players are always welcome and encouraged.
If there were specific concerns, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them directly. We remain committed to listening, improving, and providing a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone who chooses to play here.
