This is small room on the edge of downtown Napa and while they have three dedicated poker tables (others are for table games) they generally have one table running, maybe a second on the weekend. This is a locals room where most of the players know each other.
The standard game is 2/3 with a 5 dollar bring in. However when I played, and from what I heard is common for the game, there was a $6 straddle on EVERY hand with 90% of pots raised pre-flop to 20-25 and players willing to gamble. If you play here, come sufficiently bankrolled not for a 2/3 game.
Management was friendly and competent. Given one table, the wait list can move very slowly; I was 3rd on the list for an hour. They knew I was new to the casino and made sure I got $50 in match play without me even asking for it. Everyone was friendly here including players. Some players were solid but I saw a lot of weak play in a few hours.
They used to have an upscale restaurant adjacent to the casino but it closed somewhat recently and now they only provide food for poker players on a limited menu.
I wouldn't go out of your way to play here, but if you're in Napa, it's a good option after all the wine tasting rooms close.
