This room is a nice room that would be second to none if it werent so crowded. I play mostly tournaments here at the Bellagio and the room does a great job of moving railbirds out but the tables are still fairly close to eachother. the fontaina room or fountain room is usually where I have played most tournament and this room is second to none in Vegas. It is large and cozy with a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains. dont expect to play in this room unless you are willing to drop between 1k and 25k on a tournament entry fee.
As I stated earlier the majority of my play here is circuit tournament and weekly tournaments so as you my imagine the competition level here is extremely tough. Although some tournaments are not as tough as others, stay away from the major events here unless you are an extremely good player. 1k events are not as bad here and for a stretch of the Bellagio Cup 2, they were actually host to many horrible tournament players with lots of dough hopped up on the WSOP. The weekday 540 tourney is not bad and also has its share of novice players.
Top casinos have top dealers. thats all there is to it.
Never waited more than 5 min for a waitress or a drink.
Tournament directors are fast and fair with decisions. The tournaments here are structured to be some of the best tournaments in Vegas.
Casinos make squat on poker rakes compared to the other games they offer. Little money for them means little comps for us.
