The room is nothing short of spectacular, excellent tables and a good atmosphere, my only complaint were the chairs did not roll well on the carpet.
Played the 2/5 NL, had a mix of decent players and some fishy drunks.
Overall very good, only one mistake when one of the dealers misread my nut straight and tried to chop my pot. All dealers were very personable which goes a long way in my book.
Attractive waitresses came around often.
This was the disappointing part for me. I walked up about 2AM and asked the guy at the desk for a seat at 2/5, he then told me I had to wait for another guy to come back to the podium to get me a seat. So I stood there and waited for like 10 minutes when there were obviously open seats all over the place. Then, get seated played for a while, no problems, then some annoying drunk girl sits down next to her boyfriend in an open seat and is being very loud and obnoxious, I ask the dealer to call the floor over to ask her to get up, floor manager comes over and just asks her to quiet down, which she does not do. She's finally forced to get up when a new player comes in. Finally, later in the night we were short handed 5 way and ask for a reduced rake and they tell us no. This is the first time I have ever requested a reduced rake and been denied. Unbelievable!
a dollar an hour i believe and a food comp if you ask for it.
