Although a nicely appointed room up to Bellagio standards, it was just so crowded that it detracted from the experience. The dang tables are just packed in so close together that unless your back is to one of the walls, you'll be jostled around the whole time by dealers, cocktail waitresses and players. Had a 45 minute wait for a table Saturday afternoon and about 15 minutes Sunday night.
I played $4-$8 on Saturday afternoon for 4 hours and Sunday night for 3 hours. Each time there were 3-4 players who played solidly and the rest were loose-passive....averaged 5 players seeing the flop. For a while on Sunday night had two players who saw every flop and another two that played any two suited or any two connected cards. Unfortunately, I was card dead Sunday night. Overall, won about $120 for my efforts at the Bellagio. No one with a solid poker foundation should hesitate playing at the Bellagio due to the competition that I saw there.
No problems at all but most at my tables could have used a little bit more personality......just take care of business and deal types which is fine.
I don't drink alchohol when I play but they kept the Perrier and Diet Cokes coming. One thing I didn't like is they served soft drinks and Perrier (or club soda) in cheapo plastic glasses. Even the Flamingo serves Perrier in the little green bottles. Why they go cheap on this I don't know.
Fairly efficient is how I would best describe it...though Sunday night they tended to let players standing and waiting at the sign-up desk while they bs'ed to each other.
I didn't bother inquiring about any comps....you have to play greens at the table games to even get rated.
