The best bet in Jacksonville Florida is huge. There is usually a lot of people there at all hours of the day, so I've never had to wait too long for a game. They usually have 2 tournaments per day. One at 12 and one at 7. However, the payouts are usually quite low. There is a considerable house take. For example, only $25 of the $40 buy in for their best tournament goes into the prize pool. They really should look at improving this. Most of the best tournaments out there have a 75-85% pay out. This should be industry standard.
