I gave the guy at the booth my initials. Younger overweight Hispanic guy. He said he will put me on the top of the list bc I missed my name being called. In 5 min. he calls it. I raise my hand and stand up. I tell the floor man I've been called. My initials is PK. The floor man thought It was BK that was called.I tell him no, he called PK. The booth guy comes over And says he didn't know I had been called. I'm thinking "what else do I gotta do to get your attention? I literally just gave you my initials. Least you can do is look out to see where I'm at..” I didn’t say all that to avoid causing a scene even though I should’ve. The poker booth guy is a complete idiot.. It's a customer service nightmare over there.
