With the recent revitalization of the Las Vegas downtown scene the rooms downtown are getting a little more traffic. If you want a 'sure thing' then the Golden Nugget has many more tables and is still your go-to but if you want something a little smaller and more friendly then Binion's is worth a shot. I had super friendly dealers all night and surprisingly good cocktail service. If you are looking for something late night I'd give them a call and see what's running. They run games as long as there are enough people to fill seats - but when it gets down to just a few people at the last table they close shop for the night.
