It is absolutely disgraceful how far this room has fallen since pre-covid. The poker series somehow still attract large crowds but are run like no one has ever run a poker tournament before. The registration desk has no clue where which tournaments are running. The floor takes 30 minutes to color up chips during breaks. One dealer midealt 3 hands in a single orbit and then had the audacity to snap at the players when they were upset. Another dealer actually said it's the players' responsibility to tell them when the blinds go up because the floor was too busy to announce it. Just absolutely sad how this has gone from hands down the best room on the East Coast to not even one of the top 30.
