Its one of the top 5 in Vegas, so what would you expect.
The tournies I played here consisted of the $225 mega stack and $120 bounty. The mega stacks, did have some good competition.
Dealers kept the game rolling in both cash and tournies. Frank and Laura and Ying are three of the best as far as player interaction.
One word ................. TERRIBLE.............. There were many times (many being more than 4 or 5) when the dealer had to call for cocktails several times before they came. When they did come there was never a smile.
My personal conversasions with management, of which there was 3 or 4, was pretty good. After I had played there one night and came back, the floor manager rememberer my name. The only complaint that I heard about management was from the dealers. And probably was justified. There was two or three dealers that mentioned that they had not had a single break, even for the bathroom, in over 5 hours. Also there was a stretch where the same dealer was at a table for over 3 hours.
