The poker room at Caesars Southern Indiana is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever encountered. The dealers are consistently sloppy and careless making mistake after mistake, with zero accountability. Some of the most basic fundamentals of dealing are routinely missed, and it’s clear that many of them simply don’t care.
What makes it impossible to even enjoy the game is the complete absence of customer service. The floor staff are either incapable, uninterested, or both. On the rare occasion you do get their attention, don’t expect professionalism or respect. They're simply rude and care nothing about their players.
Unfortunately, this behavior and lack of service isn't a one time occurrence - it's a pattern rooted in a culture of laziness and incompetence that has progressively gotten worse over the last year. Caesars needs to take a serious look at who they’re hiring, how they’re training, and how they’re managing this room before they lose every serious player to better-run rooms that actually care about their players and deliver top notch service.
Take your money elsewhere.
