I played at Capitol Casino while in town for a work conference. I played on a Tuesday and Thursday night. There were several $1/$3 NLH games running. It is incredibly easy to join the waitlist via Poker Atlas. The floor staff is friendly and helpful. Dealers were competent, efficient and friendly. Single board NLH bomb pots on each dealer change. The food from the onsite restaurant is very good. Table side drink and food service available. I found the players generally friendly. A great place to play when you are in Sacramento.
