I travel from Las Vegas to Tucson 4-5 times a year. I always make a point to hit the CDSR poker room, and I am never disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with drinks and food readily available. I can always find a game running and the competition is strong (my wallet wishes it were weaker). The resort is top notch, but a little off of the beaten path...But worth the extra drive time (at least it is for me). Rick Chaurette, the room manager is approachable and always has a smile for me. I also make a point to come play in their poker scramble (usually in March)...Lots of fun with a good day of golf and poker.
