I have come here multiple times and overall it hasn't disappointed me. The casino is a small one since it is in the middle of the city. The location makes it a very attractive casino to visit.
The staff is quite friendly and they have the system of giving you a text msg when your seat is ready at the poker table. What I also like is that there is no bad beat jackpot, so there is no $1 taken from your winnings every time you win a pot. Whats weird is that they have No-limit format at 1-2-3 and 2-3-5 as blinds instead of traditional 1-2 or 2-5 blinds structure. So the dealer button has to pay up the $1 blind in 1-2-3 blinds table. This makes the game high stakes because of more dead money and is equivalent to traditional 2-5 game and changes the dynamics of the game a lot. Thus it took me sometime to adjust to the stakes and the unusual structure. There are not many tournaments happening but has quite a lot of cash tables. There is a lot of empty spaces inside which can be utilized by putting more tables, especially given the fact there are so many ppl are in the waiting list for the game. They food is really good and they have a very huge menu.
I think it can be improved a little more and they should provide more of promotions which is currently lacking but overall it is a good casino to go to if you are in the San Jose area.
