So, I'll start with the pros...
All the dealers are competent because they basically all came from other rooms in the area, mostly from directly across the street and Chasers has arguably the best dealers in New England and dare I say some of them are the best in the country...it's all very new and very clean, so points there.
The cons...they still have A LOT of kinks to work out and it's clear that's because they tried to hard to open too soon, but that's on management.
I don't see how anyone can leave 5 star reviews for food and beverage when they don't even have a full bar and only have hotdogs and grab and go sandwiches to eat, makes no sense. They definitely should have waited until they were more ready to try and open.
And no poker, like AT ALL?! Lame. Like we needed another casino in NE only giving a @#$% about all the slot revenue.
I heard a lot of chatter about this place prior to opening and a lot of smoke was blown up peoples @#$% about what to expect.
But I'm willing to give it another shot when they've managed to get more done.
I'll give it 3 stars because the pros are crucial to the success of a good casino.
But the management made a very bad call opening before they were really ready.
