The chips were visually worn but not physically damaged or anything. They were nice and really clean, compared to some other poker rooms I've been at in the area where they were sticky, gross, etc. The dealers were all very nice and personable. The poker room itself wasn't huge, it had 12 tables and not much room beyond that. I've only been twice but I plan on going a lot more.
If you're going to play in a poker tournament though, I suggest either getting a drink before play and during breaks or having a minion to get them for you. Their waiters can be a bit on the slow side - during a $50 NLHE tourney with about 65 people in the room, the waiter took a good 45 minutes to get back with people's drinks. It's not really the waiter's fault as it was pretty busy, and for some reason they have to use the bar across the casino floor rather than the one feet outside the poker room. I think if management helped the situation it would be much faster.
